Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example an e-mail. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within one business day with return routing instructions. Do not ship anything before you receive those instructions — parcels sent to the wrong address may be refused.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
Returning the goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For a single earbud, watch or development board parcel this is typically in the region of €10–€25 depending on the destination and carrier; the exact figure is confirmed with the routing instructions.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
When the right does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (for example in-ear products whose hygiene seal has been broken);
- Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that were unsealed after delivery;
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
