Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Shipping Time & Methods

Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days · Canada: 6–12 business days. We use reliable carriers; actual delivery may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat rate per destination, shown at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship to the United States and Canada on a delivered duty paid (DDP) basis. The total shown at checkout already includes shipping plus any import duties, customs brokerage and destination taxes, so nothing is collected at delivery. We do not under-declare parcels: every shipment is declared at its true value.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Contact us at madeincnshop@126.com with your order number and we will assist with filing a claim and/or reshipment.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
