1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging, tags and proof of purchase. Items that are opened, used, final sale, or non-returnable are not eligible unless defective.

Contact us at madeincnshop@126.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a reason. We respond within 2 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we will assist based on stock availability.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank or card account first, then contact us at madeincnshop@126.com with your order number.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
