ESP32-S3 Development Board with 4.3-inch IPS Display, 480×272 Resolution, 8MB PSRAM, 4MB Flash, WiFi & Bluetooth Support for Arduino/MicroPython/ESP-IDF, With IPEX antenna — Frequently Asked Questions
Does this board work with Arduino IDE?
Yes. The ESP32-S3 is fully supported by the Arduino IDE via the Espressif ESP32 core, and it also works with MicroPython and the official ESP-IDF. The model is the JC4827W543 4.3-inch IPS display module.
What is the difference between Capacitive and Resistive touch?
The Capacitive version supports multi-touch and feels smoother for gloved-free use; the Resistive version works with a finger, stylus or gloved hand and is often preferred on factory/industrial panels. Both run the same 4.3-inch 480×272 display.
How much PSRAM and Flash does it have?
It ships with 8MB PSRAM and 4MB Flash, which is generous for graphics-heavy projects, image buffers, AI/Edge small models or OTA firmware updates.
How is the board powered?
It supports both USB and lithium battery power supply, and exposes a JST1.25 4-pin (+5V, TX, RX, GND) TTL serial interface. Ideal for portable or panel-mounted HMI builds.
Where can I find the documents and demo code?
After purchase you will receive the documentation, demo firmware and example source via the download link shared on this page and in your order email.
