Customs & import VAT

We ship to 40+ countries. What you pay at checkout depends on where the parcel goes: orders to the United States and Canada are delivered duty paid, and orders to the European Union and the United Kingdom already include VAT at your country's rate. Nothing is collected from you at the door for those destinations, with the exception noted below.

• United StatesDuties and taxes prepaid — nothing to pay on delivery.
• CanadaDuties, GST/HST and brokerage prepaid — nothing to pay on delivery.
• European Union (27 countries)VAT included in the price you pay, itemised at checkout. Goods-based customs duty can still apply above EUR 150.
• United KingdomVAT included in the price you pay. Duty can still apply above GBP 135.
• Israel, Switzerland, NorwayImport VAT and duty are charged by customs on delivery.

Every parcel is declared at its true value — we do not under-declare. For destinations outside the United States, Canada, the EU and the UK, any import duty or tax charged by your customs authority is payable by you on delivery.
